Pricing and orders
Public product pages may display list and manufacturer minimum advertised pricing. A lower price may be shown after the customer adds an item to the cart. Prices, product information and promotions may change, and obvious typographical or pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Authorization, verification and acceptance
Submitting an order authorizes a temporary hold on the payment method. It does not mean the card has been charged or that the order has been accepted. Bittners Spray Equipment may verify cardholder identity, delivery information, product availability and fraud indicators. An order is accepted when availability is confirmed and the authorized payment is captured. Suspicious, unverifiable or unavailable orders may be canceled without capture.
Availability and backorders
Many products are drop-shipped from manufacturers, and displayed products may not be physically stocked at Bittners Spray Equipment. If an item is unavailable or backordered, the customer will be contacted. When an authorization cannot be captured within its valid period, it will be released or allowed to expire and a new customer-approved payment authorization may be required.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, return eligibility and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Manufacturer warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms, exclusions and procedures. Contact American Sprayer for help identifying the appropriate warranty process.
