When you browse the site, contact us or place an order, we may receive information including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, communications and technical information associated with use of the website.
Payment information
Payments are processed through Stripe. American Sprayer does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices. We receive the transaction and verification information needed to review, fulfill, capture, cancel or refund an order.
How information is used
Information may be used to process and verify orders, confirm inventory, prevent fraud, arrange shipment, provide customer service, administer returns or warranty matters, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with Stripe, equipment manufacturers, freight carriers, website and technology providers, professional advisers and government authorities when legally required. American Sprayer does not sell customer personal information.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect customer information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
