Free freight and fulfillment
Equipment displayed on AmericanSprayer.com ships freight free unless a different arrangement is disclosed before purchase. Most equipment is shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery timing depends on manufacturer inventory and destination.
Stock confirmation and card authorization
Manufacturer inventory can change without notice. When an order is placed, the customer's card is authorized for the order amount but is not immediately charged. During the authorization period, Bittners Spray Equipment verifies the order, cardholder information, equipment availability and expected shipment.
If availability and shipment are confirmed, the authorized payment is captured and the order proceeds. If an item is backordered or cannot be confirmed within the authorization period, the authorization will be canceled or allowed to expire and the customer will be contacted. A new authorization may be required before a later shipment. An authorization may temporarily reduce the customer's available credit even though no charge has been completed.
Graco equipment returns
A return request for eligible Graco equipment must be made within 14 calendar days after the customer receives the product. Equipment must be unused, in its original packaging and approved for return before it is shipped. Contact American Sprayer to obtain return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Approved equipment must be shipped to the location specified in the return authorization at the buyer's expense. No restocking fee is charged. A refund is issued to the original payment method only after the manufacturer receives, inspects and approves the return. Bank processing time may delay when the credit appears.
Titan, Mi-T-M and TriTech equipment
Titan, Mi-T-M and TriTech equipment is final sale and cannot be returned for preference, sizing or change-of-mind reasons because those manufacturers do not accept equipment returns. This does not eliminate applicable manufacturer warranty rights or remedies for incorrect merchandise or equipment damaged in transit.
Damage, incorrect items and warranty concerns
Inspect freight deliveries promptly and document visible damage before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
